Children’s Choir practices will take place immediately after the 10:45am service, every Sunday through the end of the month! The children will be singing in our annual Christmas on the Mountain concert on December 6 at 6:30pm.

Saturday, November 29 is Church Greening Day! Come help out from 8:30-10am as we get the building decorated for Advent season. If you have questions, you can contact Josh Hiser at (423) 505-0378. De-greening will happen at the same time on Saturday, January 3, 2026, and help is needed on that day as well.

Join us for the monthly Prayer Meeting on Wednesday, December 3 at 6pm. At 6:30 we’ll have our Bible studies for all ages (discussing Lesson 11 in the women’s book, and Nehemiah 13 in the men’s book).

December 3 is also our day to provide meals for our SMSS families. You can find the signup link here. To help deliver food or if you have questions, contact Brent Bowman.

Mark your calendars for this year's Christmas on the Mountain concert! Due to construction at the Mountain Opry, we will be holding one concert in our current sanctuary on Saturday, December 6 at 6:30pm. Doors will open at 6pm, and our regular overflow spaces will be available.

Signal Mountain Social Services (SMSS) has kicked off the 2025 mountain-wide Christmas Basket campaign which will provide gift baskets to over 65 needy mountain families on Saturday, December 13. The baskets include children’s gifts, gift cards, vouchers, home supplies, non-perishable food, and toiletries. Wayside’s assigned contribution will be 130 bars of soap (individually wrapped) and 65 jars of peanut butter. The collection will run from now until December 11th and a table will be set up outside the kitchen downstairs to store Wayside’s donated soap and peanut butter until delivery in December. Additional information regarding ways Wayside families can assist in the deliveries themselves will be available in coming weeks. For questions or information, please contact Marci Cooper.
