Choices is at a critical low for many basic baby supplies, because of the increased number of families they are serving. There’s a link to a Walmart diaper registry here, as diapers are currently the most urgent need (except for size 1).  

Wednesday, November 20 is our day to provide meals for our SMSS families. You can find the signup link HERE. To help deliver food or if you have questions, contact Marci Cooper.

Come and help on Saturday, December 7 from 9:30-11am as we “green” the church. We will “de-green” on January 4.

Join us for an evening of beautiful music and fellowship at "Christmas on the Mountain" on Saturday, December 7 at 6:30pm. This concert will be held across the street at Walden’s Ridge Civic League (formerly the Mountain Opry).

We will participate again this year in Signal Mountain Social Services’ Christmas Basket program! Wayside has been asked to provide 60 jars of peanut butter and 120 bars of individually packaged soap to be placed in holiday baskets. A table has been set up in the Fellowship Hall just outside the kitchen where donations can be left until December 13. Volunteers are also invited to help pack the baskets at Nolan Elementary School on Saturday, December 14 at 9am! The volunteer check-in line starts at 8:30am. Those volunteering to deliver baskets need to bring a roomy car and strong arms! This ministry reflects the spirit of the holiday season by reaching out to our neighbors in need on Signal Mountain and sharing our gifts for God’s glory.  

Ladies of all ages and stages are invited to join us for our annual Christmas party, the final Women's Ministry event of 2024! This year, our Christmas party will be held at the manse (next door to the church) on Wednesday night, December 18 at 6:30 pm.  For us to have enough seating, please R.S.V.P. to Jodi or the church office if you plan to attend. When you come to the event, please bring a sweet or savory appetizer to share, as well as one wrapped ornament. We will have an ornament exchange for all who would like to participate.
